For your convenience, Maple Leaf 1st Realty Ltd. offers the eStrataHub electronic document delivery service from Access Point information Canada (APIC) to process requests for strata documents.

Using a Credit Card

  • Go to APIC site at www.apicanada.com and click the “Register” link (registration and activation just takes a few minutes).
  • After registering with APIC, log in and click the “Go To eStrataHub” button.
  • Click the “Place a New Order” button and fill in the information.

Using BC Online

  • Go to the BC OnLine site at www.bconline.gov.bc.ca and log in. If you do not have an account with BC Online, click the “Register” button.
  • Log into BC Online and select “eStrataHub” from their menu.
  • Click the “Place a New Order” Button and fill in the information.

  • APPLICATION TO RENT FORM: Use this form if you would like to rent a suite with maple. fill out completely and bring 2 copies to the showing.
  • BC HYDRO APPLICATION FOR RESIDENTIAL SERVICE: Use this form if you have rented a suite with maple and would like to apply for BC hydro service.
  • Utility Connection For Resident of New Westminster: Use this form if you have rented a suite with maple and would like to apply for city of New Westminster electrical service.
  • Fortisbc Application Memo: Use this memo if you have rented a suite with maple and would like to apply for FORTISBC service.
  • Notice to Vacate Form: Use this form if you are a current tenant giving notice to vacate your rental suite.
  • Pet Agreement: Use this form if you are a pet owner that rented a suite in a maple building that allows for pets. send to maple’s office.
  • Rental Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement: Use this form if you are renting your suite from maple to notify us of your banking information in order to automatically pay your rent, parking, miscellaneous charges of any kind like nsf fees and catch-up of any rent outstanding each month.
